It's been an exciting six months at the MiniJumbuk Factory Outlet, our shop attached to the mill in Naracoorte, SA.

Our first change early in the year was the addition of window decals which really caused some chat around the town. It was quite some time since we had made any changes to the appearance of the shop, so we decided a full make over was required.

The next phase included removing the old doors to the shop and extending the front of the shop to create extra light and space in the store. New automatic doors were installed making entering and exiting the store much easier, especially for those carrying bulky quilts or underlays!

We then removed two big pillars which we realised once they were gone had really been a barrier, and this created new floor space. Another big enhancement was to open up the passageway down to our viewing gallery overlooking the mill floor (where shop visitors can watch our wonderful mill workers making our famous wool bedding products). This has generated much more natural light and open space.

We also updated all of our signage and installed new fixtures and fittings which we think are a great improvement. The final enhancement has been moving the counter closer to the entrance so we can provide our customers with a warm welcome on arrival.
